Travis Iurato
Brooklyn, NY
Neighborhood: Crown Heights

ARTIST STATEMENT: Yay, I just got done looking at Google Street View in the streets of Hong Kong Central, it looks a lot like Manhattan, just denser and newer, and with more crooked streets, like Chinatown 2030. I'm so excited, it would be great to visit. There is a large series of parks, wild land right in the middle of Hong Kong Island, no Street View there, just some isolated pictures. Which means one has to go there themselves and pick through the bamboo and banyan trees looking for a Panda Bear and crickets in the humidity which I heard about when some people I know went to Hong Kong. They said it was really hot.
