ARTIST STATEMENT: When we're young, we don't nessecarily understand the reality of life. In my artwork, I express the mind of a child and reality/society. I use vibrant colors for my background representing the child's mind and one main image targetting a specific topic. From culture, to politics, to love and history, as a child we expect life to be this fairytale. My artwork represents the child's mind who has not yet understood reality.
