Submission ProcedureThe Registry is open to all Brooklyn-affiliated artists, who either were born, live, work, or have a studio in the borough of Brooklyn. To submit to the Registry, you must be a registered user. (Click here to register.)
To create an Artist File, fill out the information on this page (registry.bricartsmedia.org/register.php). You will receive a confirmation email with your password and instructions on uploading images and information. After you have uploaded at least 2 images of your work, the BRIC Contemporary Artist Registry Coordinator will briefly review your Artist File and post it online, usually within one week. Once your Artist File is approved, you may update and access it at your convenience.
You may upload up to 20 images of your work to your Artist File. For best results, please ensure that your image files are JPG format with 72 DPI and a minimum of 350 x 450 pixels. Image sizes above this threshold will be automatically re-sized to fit the parameters. Image files should be less than 1 MB in size.
Once your Artists File is online, you can make changes to your profile at your convenience. To do so, log-in and go to the Account Management page where you will be able to edit your information. Please remember to keep your contact information current, especially your email address, since email is our primary method of communication and the way in which interested Registry users will contact you.
