Meghann J Snow
Brooklyn, NY

ARTIST STATEMENT: My work consists of performance, dance, painting, and video. The backbone of my work stems from my performance background. I have always indulged in gestural movement when it is involved with painting or materials. I have also developed an understanding that my body has been a working tool for my process. Being a competitor figure skater and ballet dancer has influenced my work a great deal. I like to think of my work as a choreographical combination of expression.
