ARTIST STATEMENT: My innovative acrylic/collage technique has led to new color expression, with gesture that is physically embedded in paint, and unique, strange and beautiful paint surfaces. These paintings resemble collage without added foreign matter--are made purely of acrylic paint on paper or canvas.
