ARTIST STATEMENT: Each of my works immerse the viewer in a metaphor of day-to-day life.  Whether you're a cynic or a sunshine, we can all relate to making light of such trials and tribulations. I illustrate this in my work by capturing the character and spunk of the subject matter, bringing it to life in a simple place setting.
