ARTIST STATEMENT: Rochelle is a multi-fasted artist using various mediums of artistic expression to speak to the public on a deeper level. Whether paint, video, or objects, she has experience bringing people together to create clear bodies of work. She is an artist, filmmaker, and entrepreneur. Her award winning short documentary P.S. I Canít Breathe (imdb.com/title/tt4431994/) screened at the Winter Film Awards, Commffest Global Community Festival, and Short Film Corner at the Cannes, Mosaic Museum, and Lesley Art Design and winning the award for recognition from in the Best Shorts Competition. She has experience on in various production roles as a Director, Producer, Art Director, Cinematographer, and Editor. Rochelle has a deep rooted interest in social justice issues, equality, and empowerment.
