the space between the thought
I was born in Brownsville, but escaped before I was too damaged.
My art is based around shapes and colors and my goal is that the viewer loses him/herself in the color, and merges with the art itself.
Proposing a new response to land art and reinstating craftwork into the political, my work explores how labor can affect a material’s value and how the recontextualisation of an object can transform its agency.
