My work consists of paintings, drawings and photographs reflective of the many places I've lived,
worked or visited in and around Brooklyn, its historic landscape and as well as the people I've
met, and continue to meet, along the way.
My artwork documents people, places and everyday events in and around Brooklyn -- street scenes, waterways, gardens, store fronts and interiors. Subjects are immediate and emotionally charged -- childlike but true.
I am trying to make images that communicate that each of us is a part of something bigger. That
we are cooperating whether we know it or not. And that light surrounds each one of us and
whatever this is we are a part of.
